We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@even.website with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
EU Customers
If you are located in the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of the return being received and inspected. If more than 15 business days have passed after your return was approved, please contact us at support@even.website.
